Honestly the devlopment for lab grown meat has amazing potential for devlopment. Look A.I for example, not long ago looked like shit and was pretty obvious to tell between organic and computer generated. We even have A.I Will Smith as a checkpoint for breakthroughs. And today we have ai that sound and act human with slight errors. Anyways I wanna try lab grown meat. See if it taste as bad as it looks or has a decieving look.

Okay, but look from a farmers perspective. If this were to become a thriving industry to rival the farming sector and it turns out to be as beneficial as proclaimed. That’s their livelihood gone, or at the least made less viable. Change is a good thing, but youn can’t overlook the possible consequences of said change just for its possible benefits. Weight the consequences for both and see what works best, or better yet. Compromise. We say compromise leaves no one happy but the point is to have so both sides stick around.

The reason Americans aren’t buying EV’s is because their fuel is so cheap compared to the rest of the world. Yes the other factors, charging infrastructure and price of the car play into that as well but the fuel cost is the main reason. I hired a BMW X3 in Florida a few months ago and worked out it would cost more than double to fuel up in the UK then what it did in America. So in the US there really is no incentive to buy an EV.

Maybe the solution is looking outward? I know in other countries with much stricter immigration rules, drivers are full time employees, they receive guaranteed pay and benefits (albeit very low), plus tips. The company gets guaranteed drivers it cna deploy during specific times or within specific locations.

Well actually. Lab grown meat has a lot of problems. First they're extremely energy consuming, when you're growing meat in a vat you'll need to maintain the heat of a normal animal like cow or pig which is usually around 37-38°C which translate to electrical energy required to make the grow vats operate normally. Two the grow vats are extremely inefficient when it comes to waste disposal, the cells isn't a proper living being, they can't just dispose urine or poop, we have to do it for them. 3 the current tech in making lab grown meat shown that they actually create more co2 than just having a cow around. So yeah this meat is both economical terrible and environmentally terrible with our current tech
